HEX to Perform at ArtShare LA & Hear Now Festival 2018, Apr. 27 & 28, 2018
HEX will be performing on two concerts during the last weekend of April: on Friday, April 27th, HEX will be performing alongside the chamber ensemble Ensemble Vómma at ArtShare LA, and on Saturday, April 28th, will be performing Fahad Siadat’s The Vast Sea at the Hear Now Music Festival in Venice, CA.
The April 27th concert, titled “Dreams at Dawn,” will feature work by Michael van der Aa, Toby Twining, and Austin Wintory, as well as the premieres of Fahad Siadat’s A Name He Cannot Recall and Kris Rahamad’s Passacaglia. The concert will take place at ArtShareLA in Downtown Los Angeles at 8 PM. Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door, and can be purchased here.
On April 28th, HEX will perform Fahad Siadat’s The Vast Sea as a part of the Hear Now Music Festival’s Chamber Concerts Series. The program will also feature work by Sean Friar, Sarah Gibson, Miguel del Aguila, and Philip Golub, among others. The concert will take place at the First Lutheran Church of Venice at 8 PM.
